In a nutshell ... these memberships consist of discussions, advice, sharing of resources and tapping into all of the understanding I have gleaned during my lifetime, which is quite extensive really :)

So, HOW DO WE PAY OUT OUR MORTGAGE ASAP??

A predominant aspect of having this Club is to also be a Team affair for those who wish to join us in our MAIN goal, as we seek to pay out our mortgage ASAP!!

Let's initially look at the meaning of the word - MORTGAGE .....

A mortgage is the transfer of an interest in property (or the equivalent in law - a charge) to a lender as a security for a debt - usually a loan of money. While a mortgage in itself is not a debt, it is the lender's security for a debt. It is a transfer of an interest in land (or the equivalent) from the owner to the mortgage lender, on the condition that this interest will be returned to the owner when the terms of the mortgage have been satisfied or performed. In other words, the mortgage is a security for the loan that the lender makes to the borrower.

The term comes from the Old French - Mort meaning 'death' and gage means 'pledge or agreement'. So the meaning of the word Mortgage is an 'agreement until death', apparently meaning that the pledge ends (dies) either when the obligation is fulfilled or the property is taken through foreclosure.

Words are very powerful in our Universe and the very meaning of words translates that energy onto the individuals who comprise the population. In consequence, the literal translation of the word mortgage does not convey a pleasant energy .... these days it is almost a matter of paying continually until one's own death, as the amounts involved to purchase a property in today's marketplace are too large to finalise in a normal lifetime. Of course, being able to purchase a home for which you cannot afford to pay cash is a wonderful thing, so you can then enjoy your life and raise a family sometime before you hit your golden years - it is just the way mortgages are moving these days, into massive life-long burdens, that causes the problems.

Hence the absolute importance of paying out one's mortgage quickly, so that life can be filled with the pleasures we all deserve!

It is NOT a necessity to join us in any business ventures to be a member of Club Serendipity ... you can freely join us in Club Serendipity alone, if that is your preference. Our sole personal goal with is to pay out our mortgage ASAP! Our security in today's dreadfully unstable world is uppermost.

We trust that the Universe guides us along the way - as long as we put in our efforts, of course. We are setting up this membership of people to join together and assist each other in this most powerful and important time through which our earth is currently moving. To work with like-minded people is our primary aim. Each of us will in turn assist all others in our Club. We will all achieve the financial rewards we seek, as well as combining forces for whatever else is in front of us, as regards the major changes in store for society as a whole. Our emphasis on life is viewed from a metaphysical angle. We greatly enjoy working alongside people and offering any assistance that we are able. Any needs that our Club members have, or anything in which individuals may need support, will be available from us - to name a few, for example :

• advertising content and methods to incorporate into your business,
• group telephone chats if you ever wish to have any of your associates link in and gain confidence in how we operate,
• any member who is not good at putting together a website will be able to find our assistance there, including domains, hosting and all connected to setting yourself up on the web,
• and basically any questions you may have will be gladly answered on a very one-on-one basis.

Over the years we have done a great deal of mentoring and so our experience is there to readily pass on to you, whenever needed. Every now and then we will be running Club get-togethers, at which members may like to bring along any guests who are contemplating joining. This is a fabulous method of gaining confidence for those who may be a little hesitant. If that proves to be a little difficult for you due to your location, I am sure we can manage by just using the 'phone. We operate our business from a totally different angle to most. Yes, we certainly intend to reap the financial rewards that this business offers, but our approach is far removed from the majority out there on the net. In a nutshell - we treat our associates as friends!
