As a group we get together on group 'phone chats, have a laugh and motivate each other to reach our goals. Of course, as you don't get personalised attention, it will take longer for you to learn all we have to teach you and hence your results will not happen as fast.

One-on-one is totally personalised, tailored, healthy living, fitness and diet consultancy - you work with your personal trainer to reach your goals. We will coach, guide and mentor you in a personal one-on-one environment, ensuring that you feel comfortable every step of the way!

The Program involves both electronic material as well as 'phone contact. This type of program enables you to become involved no matter where you live - either in Australia or Internationally. The majority of the time is spent in telephone contact, so there is no need to think that you might be floundering with computer programs or reading material that you just don't understand. This is the very next best alternative to you being here with us in our Studio or Gym.

We deal with each client on a totally individual and personal level, addressing all of the aspects needed JUST for YOU! This means that regardless of what you are like right now, we don't expect you to fit any broad guidelines, or to follow a set regime - but instead we work one-on-one with you and approach each and every aspect of yourself as it becomes necessary. Do you like to be part of a group? Or do you prefer to work one-on-one? Design your Program to suit your own needs. Whatever you choose, we know you will enjoy yourself and feel the best you have experienced in a long time. If desired, we will occasionally arrange group meetings with other clients, if you feel like sharing experiences, etc. These meetings can be either 'phone conferences, or else real-life get-togethers, for those who live within travelling distance.
