Shipping Information To see shipping charges for an order, just view each item page. Shipping cost is mostly displayed at the foot of each description. Orders are usually shipped on the same day of payment, or at the earliest possible date thereafter. While we do our best to ship orders as soon as absolutely possible, once we hand a package off to Australia Post we have NO control over how fast it gets to you or in what shape it will arrive. Please keep in mind that the Post Office does not guarantee they will deliver packages in any specified time frame, unless Express Post is requested. We strongly recommend that Australians have their parcels Registered and
Internationals take out Insurance. Both incur only a small extra charge,
which is well worth the peace of mind that it brings. In so doing, you
receive a great deal more protection for the safe delivery of your goods, as we
are personally unable to take responsibility for the items once we hand them
over to Australia Post for delivery. Exchange Information Sorry, we do not accept returns - and exchanges are only accepted in isolated cases. Some items cannot be exchanged at all. We are a very small business and the excessive costs involved in returned merchandise are not sustainable. If returned items come back to us damaged, we are not able to re-sell them. We will offer a site credit occasionally, but only in those cases that fit our policy. All shipping costs incurred during the exchange will be paid by the customer. If you feel you need to exchange an item, PLEASE EMAIL SALES FIRST. Items will only be accepted for exchange if postmarked within 7 days of purchase. Items sent back to us beyond 7 days, or exchanges in damaged, unsaleable condition, will not be accepted. Items returned to us without following all exchange guidelines may be refused. Please send exchanges well packaged and if necessary, by insured mail. Please include any Exchange Information you receive from us with the exchange. If you email us to make a change or cancellation to your order and it has already shipped, we cannot accept an exchange. If you receive the wrong item in your order, please
